Vow Package
day-of coordination package
This package is ideal for the couples who are in control of all their planning and do not want all their hard work to have hiccups on the most important day of their life. It is undeniable that a Day-of Coordinator (sometimes referred to as an “Event Manager” or “Wedding Management”), with years of experience, should be a part of that plan.
You have put all the hard work in, selecting the right vendors, making the hard decisions, deciding on the perfect décor, now it’s time to sit back and enjoy you day and let someone handle the logistics, day-of coordination services, and tackle the big and small items like a boss.
We start 6 to 8 weeks before your big day. We will meet at the venue to confirm the layout of the reception area, to confirm all timing and logistics with all of your event professionals and get to know all of the setup details for your wedding decor. We will create detailed wedding day and set up timelines. I will manage your wedding ceremony rehearsal. All you must do is relax and enjoy each moment as your wedding day unfolds. How incredible does that sound?

Promise Package
Partial planning package
This package is intended for the couple who has vision to put into planning but just does not have the time to execute everything on their own. This is for those couples who are getting married at an established venue, who have booked a few vendors but need help tying all the details together. They know what they want for their wedding day but are having a little trouble executing it flawlessly and would still like full access to a wedding planner. They need support in meeting with vendors and making important decisions.
If you have chosen a date, your venue and maybe a couple of other key vendors but realized that this whole wedding planning thing isn’t for you, then you would probably fall into this category.
You might love using Pinterest to dream up your wedding day but you’re not sure how to find the right vendors who will fit your personality, budget and style. I will take your wedding inspiration photos, ideas and theme and bring them to life. I will meet with you and your vendors to make sure nothing is forgotten. I will step in and help you pull your big day together!
